A reputable manufacturing company in Split is seeking a skilled Milling Machine Operator to join our team. We are looking for a candidate who is able to operate various types of milling machines and can work with both manual and computer-controlled equipment. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in operating milling machines and must be able to read technical drawings and blueprints.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate milling machines to produce precision parts according to technical drawings and specifications
- Monitor machine operation to ensure quality of finished products
- Make adjustments as needed to maintain proper dimensions and tolerances
- Inspect finished products for defects and make necessary repairs or adjustments
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating milling machines in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Familiarity with G-code programming is preferred but not required
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain precise measurements
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month, with potential for growth based on performance.

Contract:
This is a full-time, contract position with the possibility of permanent employment.
