We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Computer Systems Analyst to join our growing team in Os, Norway. As a Computer Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing and implementing computer systems for our company. You will work closely with our IT department to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month and includes accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and determine the best technology solutions to meet those needs
- Design, develop and implement computer systems according to business specifications
- Collaborate with IT department to ensure smooth integration of new systems with existing infrastructure
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and make recommendations for their implementation
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during system implementation or day-to-day operations
- Train employees on how to use new systems effectively
- Document system processes and procedures for future reference

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or similar role
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Experience with database management systems (SQL, Oracle)
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems
- Proven track record of successful system implementation projects
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with other departments

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience working in the healthcare industry or other regulated environments
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Familiarity with cloud computing technologies (AWS, Azure)
