We are in need of a skilled Interpreter to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As the primary link between our English-speaking clients and non-English speaking staff, you will be responsible for facilitating communication and ensuring understanding between both parties.

Responsibilities:
- Interpret conversations, meetings, and written documents from Russian to English and vice versa
- Facilitate communication between English-speaking clients and non-English speaking staff
- Ensure that all parties understand and accurately convey information
- Maintain a professional demeanor at all times while representing the company
- Serve as a cultural liaison, providing insight and clarification when necessary
- Help with translation of written documents as needed

Requirements:
- Fluent in both Russian and English
- Previous experience as an interpreter or translator preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately convey information
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Familiarity with cultural differences between English-speaking countries and Russia is a plus

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month. No prior knowledge of English is required for this job. We welcome candidates of all nationalities but preference will be given to Indian applicants.
