Master Barber

As a Master Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality haircuts and grooming services to our diverse clientele. You should have a strong understanding of different hair types and styles, as well as excellent customer service skills. Your duties will include cutting, styling, and coloring hair, as well as performing beard trims and other facial hair services. You may also be responsible for managing appointments and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Our ideal candidate is a skilled barber with a passion for their craft and the ability to connect with customers from all backgrounds.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a barbering or cosmetology program
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a barber
- Knowledge of different hair types and styles
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Creativity in haircutting techniques
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends

Salary: $1800/month
