Fitter - Industrial Machinery (Malayalee/Nepali)
Our industrial manufacturing company in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Fitter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and installing various types of industrial machinery according to blueprints and technical specifications. This position is open to candidates of Malayalee or Nepali descent, with no English language requirement. We provide accommodation and visa sponsorship for out-of-state applicants.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals to determine assembly requirements
- Use hand and power tools to assemble industrial machinery components
- Perform quality checks on assembled machinery to ensure proper function
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues that arise during assembly or installation
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects within deadlines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in industrial mechanics preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Fitter in an industrial setting
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and diagrams
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in Malayalam or Nepali (no English language requirement)
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment as needed

We offer competitive salary of $1200 per month, with opportunities for overtime pay. Our company also provides accommodation for out-of-state employees.
