Office Assistant - Part Time
We are seeking a part-time Office Assistant to join our team in Mauren. As an Office Assistant, you will support our office operations and assist with various administrative tasks. Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and filing documents
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Support other team members with various tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Canadian nationality or valid visa to work in Canada (must be willing to provide proof)
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Previous office experience is preferred but not required
Salary:
This position offers a salary of 1500$ per month.
