Office Assistant - Mauren (Indian Nationals Preferred)



We are hiring an organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Mauren. As an Indian national, you will have the opportunity to work in a multicultural environment while utilizing your skills and gaining professional experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as answering phones, filing, and data entry
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Coordinate appointments and meetings for the team
- Draft and format documents, reports, and presentations
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong computer skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (German language skills are a plus)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
