Temporary Concierge

We are seeking a temporary Concierge to join our team in Fonvieille. This position is ideal for someone without experience in the field but who is eager to learn and gain valuable skills. As a temporary Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents and guests, assisting with various tasks such as booking reservations, arranging transportation, and providing information about local attractions. You will also have the opportunity to live on-site in our provided accommodation during your time with us. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in the hospitality industry and develop your customer service skills. The salary for this position is $1600 per month. Fonvieille is located in the stunning country of Monaco and offers a unique cultural experience. As a Concierge, you will have the chance to interact with people from all over the world and assist them in creating memorable experiences during their stay. We are looking for someone who is fluent in English and has excellent communication skills. Knowledge of other languages would be an asset.

Responsibilities:
- Greet residents and guests with a warm welcome
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Book reservations for dining or entertainment
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of lobby area
- Handle any guest complaints or requests promptly and professionally
- Assist with administrative tasks as required

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is an asset)
- Excellent communication skills
- Friendly demeanor and strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities

Accommodation:
During your time as a temporary Concierge, we will provide you with accommodation on-site. This will allow you to fully immerse yourself in the role and the local culture. The living space is fully furnished and includes all necessary amenities.
