Job Title: Temporary Concierge

We are in need of a reliable and friendly Temporary Concierge to join our team in Fonvieille, Monaco. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests and residents. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests and residents upon arrival
- Assist with check-ins and check-outs
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Make reservations for guests as requested
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
- Ensure the lobby area is clean and presentable at all times
- Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity
- Coordinate with housekeeping to fulfill guest requests for extra amenities or services
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and requests

Requirements:
- No previous experience required, but customer service experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a bonus)
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a positive attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
