IT Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee our company's information technology operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing IT systems, networks, and infrastructure, as well as a deep understanding of current industry trends and best practices.

As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing technology strategies that align with our company's overall goals and objectives. You will also lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth functioning of our systems.

Key responsibilities:

- Develop and implement technology strategies that support the company's goals and objectives
- Manage all aspects of the company's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, applications, and security systems
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring the timely resolution of technical issues
- Lead a team of IT professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support
- Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform technology decisions
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors for hardware/software procurement and maintenance
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and implement solutions to improve efficiency

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in information technology management
- Proficient in network administration, security protocols, server management, virtualization technologies
- Deep understanding of current industry trends and best practices in information technology management
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
