Civil Engineer - Construction Supervisor

We are currently hiring a skilled Civil Engineer to join our construction team in Akron. As a Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and design to execution and completion. Your role will involve coordinating with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations.

To be successful in this position, you should have a degree in Civil Engineering and at least 3 years of experience in construction management. A strong understanding of construction techniques and materials is essential, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills. You must also be able to read blueprints and use computer-aided design (CAD) software.

As a Construction Supervisor, you will work closely with the project manager to develop detailed construction plans and schedules.
