Civil Engineer



We are hiring a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team in Akron. As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the construction of various civil engineering projects. You will work closely with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site investigations and surveys to determine project feasibility
- Prepare detailed plans and designs using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Estimate project costs and create budgets
- Oversee construction projects to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and regulations
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure project meets all standards and regulations
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in civil engineering projects
- Extensive knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD or Microstation
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members

Salary: $1800 per month
