Our company is seeking a skilled Finisher to join our team in Khanpur. The ideal candidate will have experience in finishing and polishing various materials, such as wood, metal, or plastic. The role requires attention to detail and an ability to work with precision to achieve a high-quality finish.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare materials for finishing by sanding, cleaning, and priming
- Apply finishing products such as paint, stain, or varnish using various methods (brushing, spraying)
- Use tools and equipment such as sanders, brushes, and spray guns to achieve desired finish
- Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary touch-ups or adjustments
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Finisher or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of finishes and application methods
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or specifications
- Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy materials
- Good communication skills in English (basic knowledge is acceptable)
