As a Data Mining Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing and analyzing large sets of data to identify meaningful patterns and insights. Your role will play a crucial part in driving our business forward by providing valuable data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of complex data sets using various tools and techniques
- Develop and implement efficient data mining processes to extract relevant information from large databases
- Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in data to provide insights for decision making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new strategies based on the findings from data mining
- Continuously monitor data quality and integrity to ensure accuracy of results

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
- Proven experience as a Data Mining Specialist or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, R or Python for querying and analyzing large datasets
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate insights effectively
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus
