Online Consultant (Nepali Speaking)
Our company is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Online Consultant to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$ per month. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing customer support and technical assistance to our Nepali-speaking clients through various online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients via email, chat, and phone to assist with any inquiries or technical issues
- Provide guidance and troubleshoot technical problems related to our company's products or services
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services in order to effectively assist clients
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and resolutions
- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer support processes and procedures

Requirements:
- Fluency in Nepali language is a must
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic understanding of computer software and online platforms
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred but not required
