We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to join our team in Oslo, Norway. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients. This is a part-time role with a salary of 1200$.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to client requests for technical assistance via phone, email or in person
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software and network systems
- Troubleshooting computer problems and providing guidance on proper use of hardware and software
- Installing, configuring and maintaining computer systems and applications
- Conducting regular maintenance checks on computer equipment
- Providing timely and accurate updates on client requests and resolutions
- Collaborating with team members to improve overall system performance

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification in Information Technology or a related field
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software systems and network troubleshooting techniques
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role or providing technical support is a plus
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) are preferred but not required
