Entry-Level Computer Support Specialist

As an Entry-Level Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients in Oslo. Your main duties will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and maintaining computer networks. You will also be responsible for responding to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, and providing timely resolutions to their technical problems.

To excel in this role, you should have a basic understanding of computer systems and networks. You should also have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical individuals. A customer-oriented approach and a willingness to learn new technologies are also essential.
