We are seeking a skilled and creative florist to join our team in Ufa. As a florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and events. You will also assist customers in selecting the perfect flowers and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and creating floral arrangements according to customer requests and preferences
- Maintaining inventory of flowers, plants, and supplies
- Keeping up with current trends in floral design
- Providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with their flower selections and orders
- Collaborating with event planners and other vendors for larger events
- Ensuring the quality and freshness of all flowers used in arrangements
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a florist is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and foliage
- Creativity and an eye for detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong time management skills to meet deadlines for multiple orders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays if needed

Salary: 1500$ per month
