Office Administrator
We are a growing company in need of an efficient and organized Office Administrator to join our team. This role is based in Kaunas, Lithuania but we welcome applicants of Nepali nationality who have excellent English language skills.
As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our office. This includes handling administrative tasks such as answering phone calls and emails, organizing schedules, and maintaining office supplies. You will also be responsible for coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative role and possess strong communication and organizational skills. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
This is a part-time position with flexible hours. As our company values diversity, we welcome applicants without prior experience or accommodation needs. However, you must have your own valid visa to work in Lithuania.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and emails from clients and other departments
- Maintaining office supplies inventory and ordering when necessary
- Organizing schedules for meetings and appointments
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Assisting with basic accounting tasks such as tracking expenses
- Keeping the office clean and organized
Requirements:
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken)
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Own valid visa for working in Lithuania
Salary:
Attractive salary of 1100$ per month.
