Key Responsibilities:

- Provide guidance and assistance to clients in using our online services
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems in a timely manner
- Keep up-to-date with company products and services to effectively assist clients
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience and satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or support role preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using various online platforms and tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively

Salary: 1300$
Location: Wiltz, Luxembourg (with accommodation provided)
