Executive Chef
As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality food to our customers. You will lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff, managing their schedules, training, and performance. Your creativity and expertise in menu planning and food preparation will be crucial in maintaining our standards of excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Develop menus that are innovative, seasonal, and cater to various dietary restrictions
- Source quality ingredients from local suppliers
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on cooking techniques, safety procedures, and sanitation standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure that all food is prepared according to recipes and presented in an appealing manner
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Oversee budgeting for food costs and labor expenses
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of culinary arts, ingredients, equipment, and cooking techniques
- Creative approach to menu planning
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team
- Good understanding of food safety regulations
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
Salary: $1700/month
City: Acre
This position is open to Indian nationals who have experience as an Executive Chef. English proficiency is not required. This is a seasonal job with no accommodation provided.
