We are in need of a skilled Solar Installer to join our team in Oslo, Norway. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing solar panels and other renewable energy systems for both residential and commercial properties. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$, offering the opportunity for growth and development within the renewable energy industry.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels and related equipment according to project plans and specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on solar systems
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with solar systems
- Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Keep accurate records of work performed

Requirements:
- At least one year of experience in solar installation or a related field
- Knowledge of electrical wiring and basic construction principles
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (Norwegian proficiency is a plus)
- Valid driver's license

Preferred qualifications:
- Certification in solar installation or renewable energy systems
- Experience working with different types of solar panel systems
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
