Inventory Manager - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia


We are hiring an experienced Inventory Manager to oversee and manage our inventory operations in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As the Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing inventory strategies to ensure efficient and accurate stock management. You will also be responsible for maintaining optimum inventory levels, monitoring stock movements, and identifying any discrepancies or issues.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement inventory management policies and procedures.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Oversee the accurate recording of all incoming and outgoing stock.
- Conduct regular stock audits to identify discrepancies or issues.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Collaborate with other departments to forecast demand and plan for future inventory needs.
- Manage a team of inventory staff, providing training and support as needed.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust inventory levels accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for all stock handling activities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Inventory Manager or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of inventory management software systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proven experience in developing effective inventory management strategies.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
