Preservation Architect

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Preservation Architect to join our team in Atlanta. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving historical buildings and structures, ensuring they are maintained and restored to their original condition. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of historical buildings and structures
- Develop preservation plans and strategies
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure preservation work is carried out correctly
- Oversee preservation projects from start to finish, including budget management
- Monitor the condition of historical buildings and structures over time
- Stay up-to-date on preservation techniques and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Preservation Architect
- Strong knowledge of preservation techniques and regulations
- Ability to conduct thorough assessments of historical buildings and structures
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Biometric passport preferred but not required
