Administrative Director for a Growing Company in Medina, Saudi Arabia
As an Administrative Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our company in Medina, Saudi Arabia. Your main goal will be to ensure that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively to support the growth of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of administrative staff to ensure smooth functioning of the company.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure that their administrative needs are met in a timely manner.
- Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the administrative department.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of administrative staff.
- Maintain employee records and handle any HR-related issues.
- Manage office supplies inventory and order new supplies when needed.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Director or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English is required; fluency in Nepali is preferred.
Salary: 1300$ per month
Location: Medina, Saudi Arabia
