We are seeking an experienced and motivated Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team in Bungoma, Kenya. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations of our Indian restaurant, ensuring high-quality food and service, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and managing a team of employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations
- Create employee schedules and ensure proper staffing levels
- Train new employees on proper procedures and provide ongoing coaching and development to current staff
- Monitor food quality and ensure consistency in taste and presentation
- Manage inventory and ordering of supplies to maintain stock levels
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Develop marketing strategies to increase sales and attract new customers

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian restaurant setting is preferred
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent education required

Salary: 1300$ per month
