Driver Coordinator



As a Driver Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the daily operations of our driver team in Ar-Ruwais. You will be the main point of contact for our drivers, ensuring they have everything they need to complete their assigned routes safely and efficiently. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively handle any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and assign daily routes to drivers based on delivery schedules
- Ensure all drivers have necessary paperwork, equipment, and supplies before beginning their routes
- Monitor driver performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Communicate any changes or updates to routes or schedules to drivers in a timely manner
- Handle any driver-related issues or concerns, escalating to management as needed
- Maintain accurate records of driver hours, mileage, and deliveries
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects
- Familiarity with GPS devices and route planning
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications

Working Conditions:
