English Teacher

As an English Teacher, you will be responsible for creating and implementing lesson plans that align with the curriculum and promote students' language skills. You will teach students of various ages and proficiency levels, using a variety of teaching methods and materials to engage and challenge them.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop lesson plans that meet the learning needs of students
- Teach English language skills including reading, writing, listening, and speaking
- Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and resources to engage students in the learning process
- Assess student progress and provide feedback on their language development
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment for students
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching methods

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Teaching certification or qualification
- Native-level proficiency in English
- Previous experience teaching English as a second language preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to different teaching styles for students of different ages and proficiency levels

Location: Svalbard (with relocation assistance available)

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on qualifications and experience)
