Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Spanish Tutor to join our team in Lusail. As a Spanish Tutor, you will be responsible for providing personalized and engaging language instruction to students of all levels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver interactive and effective Spanish lessons based on students' learning styles, needs, and goals.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and materials to ensure students' understanding and progress.
- Monitor students' progress and provide regular feedback to help them improve their language skills.
- Organize cultural activities and events to enhance students' understanding of the Spanish culture.
- Collaborate with other tutors to share best practices and resources.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and workshops.

Requirements:
- Native or near-native proficiency in Spanish.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching Spanish as a second language.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and ability to motivate students.
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.
