Land Surveyor

The ideal candidate for this position will be a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor with the ability to accurately measure and map land features. They will be responsible for conducting surveys, preparing reports and maps, and providing guidance on land development projects. This role requires a strong understanding of surveying techniques, equipment, and software, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will work closely with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure the accuracy of land measurements and provide valuable insights for project planning. This is a full-time position based in Al-Khor, with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various tools and equipment
- Prepare detailed reports and maps based on survey data
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to determine project requirements
- Provide recommendations for land development projects
- Ensure accuracy of survey data by double-checking measurements
- Use specialized software to process survey data
- Identify potential issues or challenges related to land features or boundaries
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other professionals involved in the project
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements in surveying technology

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Land Surveyor or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Knowledge of surveying techniques, equipment, and software
- Familiarity with CAD software is highly desirable
- Strong mathematical skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Physical stamina for working outdoors in varying weather conditions
