Immigration Attorney


We are a reputable law firm in Jeddah looking for an experienced Immigration Attorney to join our team. As an Immigration Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients on matters related to immigration and visa applications.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct consultations with clients and assess their eligibility for various immigration programs
- Prepare and file visa applications, appeals, and other supporting documents
- Represent clients in immigration court hearings and interviews
- Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and policies
- Communicate with government agencies and officials on behalf of clients
- Maintain accurate records of client cases and deadlines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law from an accredited university
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Immigration Attorney in Saudi Arabia
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of Saudi Arabian immigration laws and procedures
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month, along with benefits such as accommodation, visa sponsorship, and airfare allowance. We also provide opportunities for professional development through training programs.
