Barista - Al-Malikiyah, Syria



We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team in Al-Malikiyah, Syria. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious and visually appealing beverages for our customers. Your role will also involve providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, smoothies, and other specialty drinks
- Create latte art and present beverages in an aesthetically pleasing manner
- Maintain knowledge of current drink offerings and make recommendations to customers based on their preferences
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner and take orders accurately
- Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash register at all times
- Ensure the cleanliness of the work area, including equipment, tables, floors, and restrooms
- Follow health code guidelines to ensure food safety standards are met
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of supplies and ingredients
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or complaints in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with customers in a professional manner
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail when preparing beverages
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends

Salary: 1200$ per month
