Barista (Indian Nationals Only)



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in Acre. As an Indian national, you will bring your cultural knowledge and passion for coffee to provide our customers with an authentic and high-quality experience. This is a contract position without accommodation, suitable for those who are looking for flexible work arrangements.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Ensure consistent quality of drinks by following recipes and maintaining high standards of presentation
- Take orders from customers and process payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including equipment and workstations
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers in a friendly manner and addressing any questions or concerns
- Keep track of inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art is an asset
- Excellent communication skills in English are required; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.
