Barista - Mombasa, Kenya

Our busy coffee shop in Mombasa is seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team. We are looking for someone with experience in creating and serving a variety of high-quality coffee drinks, as well as providing exceptional customer service. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1200$, and includes accommodation for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and more
- Ensure consistency and quality in every drink served
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Take orders from customers and handle payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista preferred
- Strong knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle high-volume environments
- Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Proven ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively
