Machine Operator for Manufacturing Company in Lisbon, Portugal

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various machines to produce high-quality products according to specifications. This is a full-time position without accommodation, so preference will be given to candidates with their own valid work visa.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines to produce parts or products according to specifications
- Monitor machine operations and adjust settings as needed for optimal performance
- Inspect finished products for quality and make necessary adjustments or repairs
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols
- Keep records of production output and any necessary maintenance or repairs

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment
- Strong technical skills with the ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
- Familiarity with different types of machines and their functions
- Physically fit to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects if needed
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills in English (Portuguese language skills are a plus)
- Valid work visa for Portugal (if not Portuguese national)
