Architectural Technologist



We are searching for a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Technologist to join our dynamic team in Fonvieille. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting architects with the design and development of projects, utilizing your technical skills and knowledge of building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with architects to develop design concepts and plans
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications using AutoCAD or Revit software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure project compliance
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Research new building materials and techniques to incorporate into designs
- Use your knowledge of local building codes and regulations to ensure legal compliance of designs

Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology preferred
- Proficient in AutoCAD or Revit software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Good communication skills
