Executive Chef - Filipino Cuisine (Temporary/Contract)
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Salalah on a temporary or contract basis. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our Filipino cuisine restaurant, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards and in compliance with food safety regulations.
Key responsibilities include creating and updating menus, managing inventory and ordering supplies, training and supervising kitchen staff, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience cooking authentic Filipino dishes, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.

Requirements:
- Must be of Filipino nationality
- Minimum 5 years of experience working as an Executive Chef
- Extensive knowledge of Filipino cuisine
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Basic understanding of food safety regulations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if necessary
