Metal Fabricator



We are looking for a skilled Metal Fabricator to join our team in Almada. As a Metal Fabricator, you will be responsible for cutting, shaping, and assembling metal parts to create various structures and products. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with different types of metal, including steel, aluminum, and copper.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings to determine project requirements
- Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and bend metal pieces
- Weld or join metal pieces together using various techniques such as soldering, brazing or welding
- Measure and mark metal pieces for accuracy before cutting or shaping
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Metal Fabricator or similar role
- Experience working with various types of metal materials (steel, aluminum, copper)
- Proficient in reading blueprints and engineering drawings
- Knowledge of welding techniques (MIG,TIG) is preferred
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and accurately
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy objects as needed
- Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this role.

Location:
This position is located in Almada.

Note:
This is an urgent job opening. Candidates must have their own visa/work permit for employment in Almada. Portuguese nationality is preferred but not required.
