Merchandiser Specialist



We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Merchandiser Specialist to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As the Merchandiser Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing merchandising strategies to increase sales and maintain brand image.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising plans for various products and categories
- Conduct market research and analyze market trends to determine product demand and competition
- Create visual displays and arrange products in an appealing manner to attract customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and product development to ensure alignment of merchandising strategies with overall business goals
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for new products or discontinuing slow-moving items
- Negotiate with suppliers for competitive pricing and timely delivery of merchandise
- Train store staff on proper product placement, maintenance, and visual display techniques
- Evaluate the success of merchandising strategies through sales data analysis

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in merchandising or retail management
- Proven track record of developing successful merchandising strategies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Creative thinking and ability to come up with innovative merchandising ideas
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Monte-Carlo (candidate must have own visa)
