Courier Delivery Driver


As a Courier Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering packages to various locations in Jeddah. Your main duty will be to ensure that packages are delivered in a timely manner while maintaining the highest level of customer service. You will also be required to accurately track and document all deliveries made, as well as handle any issues or concerns that may arise during the delivery process.

Responsibilities:
- Safely drive and operate a courier vehicle to deliver packages to designated locations
- Plan and prioritize delivery routes based on package volume and location
- Ensure that all packages are properly loaded and secured for transportation
- Use navigation tools to locate delivery addresses and optimize route efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries and concerns from recipients
- Collect signatures and payments from recipients as needed
- Maintain accurate records of all deliveries made, including any delays or issues encountered
- Report any vehicle maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate department
- Adhere to traffic laws, regulations, and company policies at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle at all times

Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver's license for at least 2 years with a clean driving record
- Previous experience in courier or delivery services is preferred but not required
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day
- Familiarity with Jeddah roads and neighborhoods is an asset
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills in order to provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have a biometric passport for international travel (if applicable)

Salary: 1500$ (tax-free) per month
