DevOps Developer

We are a fast-growing technology company based in Jerusalem, seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevOps Developer to join our team. As a DevOps Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining our company's infrastructure and development processes. Your main goal will be to streamline and improve our software development and deployment processes, ensuring efficient and reliable delivery of our products. To succeed in this role, you should have strong knowledge of cloud computing, automation tools, and programming languages. This is an excellent opportunity for an Indian national with fluency in English to join our dynamic team and make a significant impact on our company's success. Part-time opportunities may also be available for the right candidate.

Salary: $1300 per month

Location: Jerusalem (Candidate must be willing to relocate if not currently residing in the city)

Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and maintain the company's infrastructure using automation tools such as Puppet, Chef or Ansible.
- Collaborate with developers to optimize code deployment processes.
- Build and maintain the continuous integration/delivery pipelines.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to infrastructure.
- Ensure security measures are in place for all environments.
- Create documentation for processes and procedures related to infrastructure management.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements for the company's systems.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Experience with automation tools like Puppet, Chef or Ansible.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java or Ruby).
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk or ELK stack.
- Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code principles using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
