Concierge Specialist
We are seeking a customer service-oriented Concierge Specialist to join our team in Jerusalem. As a Concierge Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch assistance and support to our guests and clients. This is a contract job with a salary of 1300$.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist guests with their inquiries, requests, and reservations
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby area
- Ensure all guest needs are met promptly and effectively
- Handle guest complaints and find solutions to resolve them satisfactorily
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Keep track of inventory and order supplies when needed
- Maintain knowledge of all hotel services, policies, and procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality management is a plus
- Proven experience in customer service or front desk role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Basic computer knowledge
