Hotel Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Shan. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize occupancy. Your main duties will include identifying and targeting potential clients, negotiating contracts, and building strong relationships with corporate clients and travel agents.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a proven track record in hotel sales. You should also have a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, including market trends and competitors. A Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred but not required.

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$, plus commission on sales. We also provide accommodation and visa sponsorship for international candidates.
