Job Title: Hotel Sales Manager - Shan



We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Shan. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing relationships with clients in the hospitality industry. This role requires a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and meet targets
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships through networking, cold calling, and client visits
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments to create customized sales proposals that meet client requirements
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Prepare regular sales reports and present them to senior management
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our hotel brand

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry, including current market trends
and competitors
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluency in English (fluency in other languages is a plus)
