Loader Operator


As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment, including loaders and other machinery, to load and move materials on construction sites. This role requires physical strength and endurance, as well as technical skills to safely and efficiently operate the equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate loaders and other heavy equipment to move materials such as dirt, gravel, rocks, sand, or other construction materials
- Ensure proper loading and distribution of materials to designated areas
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment such as greasing, cleaning, and reporting any malfunctions or damages
- Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times while operating machinery
- Communicate with team members to coordinate movements and ensure efficient workflow
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience operating loaders or other heavy equipment preferred
- Knowledge of safety procedures for machine operation
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in outdoor environments in various weather conditions
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team setting
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Salary: $1000 per month with accommodation provided in Alta, Canada.
