Merchandiser - Al-Rayyan, Qatar


We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. This position is suitable for men with a strong background in merchandising and experience working in the retail industry.

As a Merchandiser, your main responsibility will be to plan and implement effective merchandising strategies to increase sales and profitability. You will work closely with the sales team to analyze market trends and customer preferences, and use this information to develop attractive product displays that promote our brand and products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop merchandising plans for different product categories based on market trends and customer preferences
- Create appealing displays that showcase our products in a visually appealing manner
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of products
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and preferences
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper implementation of merchandising plans
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and make necessary adjustments to merchandising strategies
- Train store staff on how to effectively maintain displays according to company standards

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role within the retail industry
- Strong knowledge of visual merchandising techniques and best practices
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
