We are hiring a skilled Gardener to join our team in Dickirch, Kenya. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and beautifying our outdoor spaces. This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$ per month, including free accommodation and visa arrangements.

Responsibilities:
- Planting and caring for flowers, shrubs, trees, and other plants
- Trimming and shaping trees and bushes
- Watering and fertilizing plants
- Weeding and removing debris from gardens
- Maintaining lawn areas by mowing, edging, and applying pesticides as needed
- Monitoring plant health and identifying and treating diseases or pests
- Assisting with the design and implementation of new garden layouts

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Gardener or similar role
- Knowledge of plant care techniques and equipment operation
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail for proper plant maintenance
- Ability to follow safety protocols when using equipment or chemicals
