We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects while ensuring that they meet all necessary requirements and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept to completion, including creating drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their goals.
- Oversee a team of architects and engineers to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends, codes, and regulations to ensure compliance in all designs.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and provide guidance to contractors.
- Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, materials, and systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as lead a team.

Salary: 1600$ per month
