Commercial Architect

Our architecture firm is seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Shan, India. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and hotels. Your main duties will include creating detailed plans and drawings, collaborating with clients and contractors, and ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on schedule.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their needs and vision for the project
- Create detailed plans and drawings using design software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure designs are feasible and meet building codes
- Oversee the construction process to ensure designs are being implemented correctly
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Communicate updates to clients regularly
- Make necessary adjustments to designs based on client feedback
