Commercial Architect


As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as office buildings, retail spaces, and hotels. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and budgetary constraints in order to create functional and visually appealing spaces. Your role will also involve coordinating with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their project requirements and develop design proposals
- Create detailed drawings and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Work with contractors to obtain cost estimates for materials and labor
- Monitor construction progress to ensure that designs are being implemented correctly
- Conduct site visits to assess feasibility of proposed designs
- Collaborate with engineers, surveyors, and other professionals on project teams
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments in building materials and techniques
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members throughout the design process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an architect on commercial projects
- Proficient in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and ability to problem-solve creatively

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month.

This position is based in Shan City.
